I was called to schedule an appointment on teh phone for 2 days in advance. First interview was 1:1 with HR and covered major outlines as job description, why did i apply for it, why would they hire me etc. Then scheduled for second interview with second level managers and HR as well. Got skills test and behavioral questions and told I ll be called back within 2 days. They called the day after and offered the position with a low benefits package than the market average, but had good work-life balance though.
