The interview process was honestly very pleasant from start to finish. I firstly got an email asking me about my expectations, after I passed the first filter, I had an introductory interview with the Head of HR.
I have to say that it is really a breath of fresh air to be interviewed by a knowledgable and honest interviewer. The questions she asked were on target and precise, which made me feel like the company knew exactly who they were looking for. Furthermore, the job description was very thorough and gave me a good idea of the kind of job I would be applying for, as well as if I would be suitable or not.
After the first interview, I was asked to complete a small task, then I had an interview with the Head of Product. This interview felt less like a test and more like a conversation. At this point, I feel like I was already fully invested into the company and what we were hoping to achieve. I really enjoyed the back and forth we had, it was like I was already working at the company. The ideas he had really inspired me, and I think this is what truly pushed me to want to work at Dizzaract.
Finally, I had an interview with the Head of Product, CTO and CEO. This is where I got a better idea of the overall vision of the company, their goals, and where I fit in. Once again this did not feel like a test but more like a friendly conversation. The technical questions and "tests" given to me all felt integrated into the work itself, and now that I am working here, it feels like I even reference my work from the interview.
Overall I really appreciated the transparency of the whole process from the start to finish. It was not easy, but the recruitment process was honest and fair. The company and it's leadership have a very unique and interesting vision which truly inspired me during the process, and I am looking forward to working here for years to come.
