Was an easygoing process, the interviewer was friendly and really engaged in conversation with me. He made efforts to try to get to know me as an overall person, instead of just focused on technical skills for the scribe position.

Why are you interested in going into the healthcare field?
The interview process was very clear and straight-forward. After the interview, you will need to pass a written exam over the medical terminology they give you. Once you pass the written exam, you’ll be invited to a group orientation session and then it’ll take about 2-3 months for your credentials to be set up before you begin your first official training shift

Relax and informal. Asked what my end goal was and what I wanted to gain from being a scribe. The whole interview was more or less like a typical conversation. No trick or hard questions.
