You begin by taking a skills test which is 60 questions. Then you get an interview with an FTO or Operations Supervisor. During the interview they ask you character senarios and medical/trauma senario questions. You are then invited to do a drug test, health screening, and PAT. The PAT can be difficult if you do not already work in this field. There is a lot of lifting and cardio involved but they help you throughout the testing and if you are strong willed you can pass easily. After that, they will offer you employment. I declined my offer because the starting pay is minimum wage.

The person who interviewed me seemed disinterested, cut me off sometimes before I finished my answer, but kept answering in positive affirmations. They only asked just medical questions, and 3 basic interview questions that did nothing for me to talk about my skillset or personality.
