I received a phone call out of the blue, no email call or text prior, and was expected to sit there an have a 35 minute interview in the middle of a word day. If it would have been just a few general questions okay, but we went in detail about my experience and CV. The in person interview was easy ad everyone was nice. I met with 3 people. 2 were other PMs that were on the team already and then the hiring manager/boss for that position.
