I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. The timelines were in line with what was explained to me at the beginning. I was especially impressed with the internal recruiter I was working with, who responded to my questions very quickly and was stellar in terms of communication (both via email and over the phone). I had a question answered over the weekend before my interview, and I was called immediately after the final interview as well to check in to see how it went. It felt like I was more than just a number/candidate, and it's left me with an incredibly positive impression of the company. I'm very excited to be a part of the team, and the smooth HR process has just left such a positive view of the culture of DocuSign.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about complex enterprise clients I've worked with. There were many situational questions of how I've dealt with certain situations such as how I've turned around clients that weren't adopting the tool, or how I've grown certain accounts. I was asked about my book of business and was tested on my knowledge of DocuSign via a presentation.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Docusign (Munich, Bavaria) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was very quick.
One interview with a recruiter and no news then.
It's a shame and disrespectful.
Despite many mails or voice mail, no call back
It gave e a bad image of the company
