I was found on Linkedin by Aimee Cook and she made this normally stressful interview process so smooth. She clearly outlined the schedule of interviews and shared valuable insights from the hiring manager before my interview to help me know what topics to focus on. Aimee and the entire team were so incredibly accommodating and understanding, and even helped to adjust my interview schedule multiple times to work with my schedule. They showed me throughout the way that they cared about me and my time. The interviews with the management and teams were by far the best, there was nothing useless and they understood what I brought to the team. In other tech company interviews I didn't get to meet with the hiring manager first, but rather potential peers that gatekept the position. It was incredibly direct and refreshing to meet with the hiring manager first, then a round with the hiring manager and their sr management, and the last round being with the team and including a simple exercise. In my industry we often have far too many interview rounds and take away project work, leaving me with lost time when it doesn't work out. The interview experience with DocuSign is AMAZING. Everyone cares about your time and the staff is so empathetic and kind. The interviews were not heavily formal, but rather a discussion, which is great if you are nervous or have a tough time interviewing.
