I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Docusign in Jun 2021
Interview
This review is only for candidate experience from the Recruiter. I was referred into the role by someone fairly senior at Docusign. I was given a phone screen for the role and then never followed up with despite being outlined the next steps on the phone.
I was more than comfortable accepting a decline from DocuSign, but the lack of communication and non-response felt extremely unprofessional. Being a referral as well to the company, I would've expected they would treat me with more respect or transparency given a peer at the company took the time to provide a reference for me.
After it was clear I was not moving on to the next steps, I kindly asked for feedback from the recruiter, so that I could be mindful of any areas to improve upon for future interviews. This is fairly common objective feedback you can usually obtain.
Once again, no response or follow-up from the recruiter to provide basic feedback. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated in the process and the utter lack of professionalism from the recruiting department.
