Started at a career fair, set up an interview. Tour of the office. Sat me down in a corner office and reviewed my resume. Asked some questions and then told me what the job entailed.

Interview
I was first contacted and set up a preliminary phone interview, afterwards i was contacted by another employee for a second round. This went on through 5 different phone interviews, going up the ladder all the way to the head of the department. I was then brought in for a writing test, where I was prompted to write a mock press release.
