Early discussions were held with a recruiter who was very helpful and personable. He walked me through the process that the application would take and set up a call with the hiring manager. Very open and honest discussion with the hiring manager, similar likes in terms of process and management styles and we got along well. Progressed to the on site interview and met with a series of senior staff from Product, Program, Business Operations and the hiring manager. The team were very organized, asked excellent questions and I could see myself working at the company. Smart people developing a great product in the market. Did not get an offer, however I was disappointed by the communication back with the decline which was an auto generated to email. After a face to face I would like to see the personal touch by the recruitment team.
