I was quite pleased to receive an enthusiastic call from the HR representative, who expressed their interest in having me join the team and inquired about my other interview prospects, to which I responded honestly. Subsequently, I was invited to an interview with the hiring manager the following week. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that I would be advancing to the second round, which involved peer interviews. Following that, I was advanced to the final stage, which consisted of a brief exercise involving data analysis and the creation of a presentation with insights and recommendations. I dedicated the entire week to preparing for all interview rounds, completed the exercise on a Friday, and was informed that HR would contact me the following week. I must admit, I was somewhat surprised when I did not receive a call, considering the effort I invested and the perceived lack of communication, even after sending emails to both the hiring manager and HR, who seemed to be different individuals each time. Overall, I must confess that I am a bit disappointed with the outcome, given the effort I exerted and the perceived lack of respect.
