The interview process consisted of three online stages: a competency-based interview, a social interview, and a final interview with the owner. I was initially told the last stage would be a brief, informal “vibe check,” but it turned out to be another competency-based interview — something I would have appreciated being informed about in advance.
After completing all three lengthy interviews, I was ultimately ghosted, which left a poor impression. Even if I had received an offer, I would have chosen to withdraw from the process due to the lack of transparency and communication.
