This company moves fast which I really liked. From initial recruiter contact to offer was 1 week. Initial recruiter call was fruitful, she explained the role, asked some questions regarding my resume and discussed salary requirements. This was followed up with a technical coderpad interview with a senior dev. Normally I do not like whiteboard style interviews but this interview felt like I was collaborating with the senior dev to come up with a solution, which was great. The last portion of the interview process involved meeting with the hiring manager and two senior developers to discuss my technical experience. Everyone I met during the interview process was great.
