At one point, when I was trying to demonstrate how my previous experience aligned with the role, the CEO responded abruptly by saying, “We’re not going to buy your luminaires,” referring to the OEM I had worked for. That was dismissive.
The interview felt more like a box-ticking exercise, without much of a natural, human conversation. They just read out from the pre-prepared list of questions. The feedback I received was that my answers were too broad and lacked clear structure.
