Describe how you have had to handle saying no in the workplace?
Interviewed with HR and direct manager. Super comfortable and straight to the point. I could tell it would be a wonderful environment and team to work with. I was asked about my experience as well as my future goals.
1 phone screening, 1 in person interview, 1 excel proficiency assessment. It was very quick and easy. It was straight to the point questions about my work interests and abilities while discussing what the role entailed and if those two things aligned.
