The company is small so there is only one interview process. You get to speak with the president of the company. There is not much too say about this company... very straight forward. The questions they asked were base on my resume. There was no technical questions. Since the company is small...they tend to curse a lot in the work place They even said, they will make you feel stupid if you make a mistake. I didn't feel that the company was right for me.
