Three stage interview, with a small independent project. One with the recruiter, then the next two with people at the company.
They will ghost you rather than say you are not being considered anymore. After three interviews and a project that took a decent amount of time a short email about the decision would generally be appropriate.
The process is also slow, I applied in Early May and didn't finish the process until late June.
They use ColdFusion for web development, while it may be good for them it is very likely not a good stepping stone in a career or a good resume builder for younger developers.
From the outside looking in the company did seem to have a good culture.
