Intro interview was conversational and very quick. Had to do an unpaid "homework assignment" for the second interview. They took a few days to get back to me and told me they didn't want to proceed with me because they wanted to hire someone older to market to a different age range.
chill, vibe check. everyone was very nice. move onto pilot period if they like you. seems like a cool workplace that is heavy on company culture. pretty streamlined process for interviewing.
Great! Easy and great follow up. Nice team to meet with and very clear scope of work. Excited to hear more from this team and brand. Their interview process was smooth and convenient for both parties.
