The company sent me a take-home test as part of their hiring process. I spent a significant amount of time and effort completing it, ensuring it met their expectations and showcased my skills. However, after submitting the test, they completely ghosted me—no follow-up, no feedback, and no communication of any kind. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam or, at the very least, a complete waste of my time.

- Round 1: HR Chat - Round 2: Take Home Coding Challenge The HR gave me a figma file and asked me to build a company webpage based on the figma. After implementing the page with HTML, CSS and JS(They did not specify tech stack). My webpage looks almost identical to the figma file (Approved by Senior Amazon Engineer). I sent the code to HR then he does not know how to open a HTML file and blame it to me. Later the HR ghosted for 10 days until I asked for followup, it took him really long to reply and he said I did not pass the coding challenge with NO FEEDBACKS. I said I can accept the result but I need to know where I lose my points as I spent 20 hours building a company webpage for them. The HR just GHOSTED. This company is unprofessional unauthentic and if they ask you to do coding challenges, there is a chance that they want to use your work for free. It is extremely unprofessional to let a HR who cannot open HTML to lead a tech interview. Its a nightmare and a scam.
