The interviewer: 1) changed the scheduled date due to missing a flight at the last minute - understandable 2) The rescheduled time was subsequently missed It wasn't a good outlook, to me, for the company so I revoked. If a simple phone screening can't be completed in a timely fashion I don't want to see, or have interest in seeing, how internals function. It's a sign of disorder and mismanagement. I'm a relatively busy person, as are most engineers, and I don't appreciate having my time wasted.
