formal and easily navigated, I had a relationship with the interviewers. they asked me normal questions and they questioned me and ability due to my age. there offered me a job in a different state.

First I had a phone screening, where they confirmed basic things like if I had a driver's license and what my availability was. Once that all sounded good, then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I met with the two main managers there, and they asked me questions and wrote down my answers. The questions were very easy - what is your experience with kids and photography, are you capable of long days and heavy gear, and other basic things. No trick questions!
