I applied through other source. I interviewed at DornerWorks (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
I was interviewed by an employee that had been out of college for only 1 year and he asked very basic interview questions and nothing technical. I was then interviewed by a second person who had been at the company for about 7 years and was very good at writing software. He asked difficult technical questions that I was able to answer, but it did seem like he wanted to show off a little and see you fail. I was finally interviewed by my hiring manager who asked me more basic interview questions that were very easy to answer. He seemed very bored which was a sign of things to come.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DornerWorks (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
Quick phone interview, then an onsite interview with some technical questions, finally an interview with a hiring manager. Very positive interview experience. The onsite interview was with two senior engineers and an HR manager. Asked a lot of embedded C related questions (pointers, macros, bitwise operators, ect.).
