Interview
You come and go straight to the host stand. They will give you a paper application to fill out. Definitely bring a resume with you, it looks good. If you go on a Monday or Tuesday morning before 3 you might get an interview right away. They'll tell you when orientation is and they will help you get T.I.P certified.

Interview
On the spot interview. Went quickly. They asked very easy questions. They require some experience as a server or bartender. Restaurant was busy at the time. Staff was friendly and accommodating while I waited.
