The interview process with DCM was long and misleading. I was contacted by someone to do an initial screening and then passed along to the owner Ninna for a formal interview. Once that interview was complete, I was required to do two trials. One was calling a list of 50 businesses to try to set an appointment for a closer and the other was a recorded pitch to assess my closing skills. The trials took me nearly 3 hours to complete and the interviews about an hour. During the interview with Ninna, I was provided information about the job, which after accepting, I found were highly misleading as to the size of the company, other employees/contractors, and the pay potential. This was a 1099 position that was really an employee position so beware!
