I was referred to Dot and had a nice conversation with the HR contact. From there, I had 11 different conversations with people I would partner with, roll up to, and manage. I felt confident in each stage and a little overqualified, as they all kept mentioning how unstable their CS organization was. I nailed the panel interview and had a follow-up call with the VP to clear up a few items I brought up in the panel interview. I was called a unicorn at that point and all signals were positive. I was expecting an offer at that point. It had been 6 weeks total and 11 conversations deep. Got a rejection email and when I asked for feedback on how I could improve moving forward, the recruiter and hiring manager went dark. I'm like give me some feedback since I've spent over 11 hours with your team in total. Nada. I liked the folks there but the process was slow, clunky, and disappointing.
