Dover Solutions interview questions

The first interview was great. It sounded like an amazing place to work with great pay and potential for growth. However, you leave with a lot of questions. The second and third interviews are when it gets kind of weird. My second/third interviewer didn’t know what the benefits were and also seemed to have questions about how certain things worked.

1. Respect is a two-way street. Please respect candidates time and don’t keep them waiting. 2. Candidates invest so much time & effort, and even finances into preparing for interviews. At least read their resume and come to the interview prepared. I left after waiting for 20 minutes after my interview appointment was scheduled. If a company can't even interview you at the time they say they will then that is a HUGE red flag that something is lacking. The interviews were also taking place in the front lobby which is really unprofessional.
