dopo un breve colloquio telefonico, abbiamo svolto il colloquio via teams, l'interlocutore, che non sapeva neanche chi fossi, mi ha fatto capire che la mia età e la mia esperienza non andasse bene, perchè cercavano una figura senior. Peccato che sull'annuncio non c'era scritto questo, il mio cv lo avevano, e mi avevano chiamato loro. Dopo non mi hanno dato neanche un feedback

I only had the preliminary meeting. Although the recruitment announcement was very general, they did not want to provide any additional details about the role attributions, the team or the internal processes regarding the role. Nevertheless, they wanted to know the salary expectations, even if no other information about the role was provided but the general description from the recruitment announcement.
