I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Draper (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Phone screening (very chill) and then 1 hour long technical interview split into two 30 minute sections by two different people. Very kind and helpful, and questions are basic. Got offer a few weeks later through email.
I seem to remember there being two rounds. One behavioral and one technical. The behavioral one was a phone call and the technical was a video call where my interviewer had slides up and was asking questions from the slides.

Question 1
During the technical, transmission lines and deriving op-amp circuit equations. The behavioral was the same as most companies, so just about your previous project experiences and what makes you want to work there.

I had a 30 minute phone screening, then an hour interview discussing my experience and fundamental communication systems questions. I enjoyed the interview, and my overall experience at Draper. The environment and employees are very friendly and willing to answer questions.
