Dream Power Animal Rescue Foundation interview questions

Initial interview took place with exiting Executive Director. It was an odd atmosphere, as it took place in a small house that had been converted into a shelter. The interview took place in an office area away from the shelter part and the questions centered around whether I was serious and ready to take over an organization that was about to go under; and what plans I had for reversing this. The second interview was with the board of directors, and they seemed comfortable that the old Executive Director had covered the job details, and focused on my passion for the cause and my long-term strategic goals.
