Interview includes 3 separate steps. 1st with HR (30 minutes)-general background questions, why now and why Drip 2nd with Product Director (45 minutes)-process related questions, priority decision making and data driven decisions 3rd with People Lead, VP of Product and Engineer (1 hour)
