Recruiter reached out a month after the application. Standard interview questions. I had to follow up with the recruiter a week later to schedule a call with the HM. I thought the HM call went well, but I had to follow up with the recruiter a week later (again) to see what the next steps were. They ghosted me. Super unprofessional.
