A recruiter contacted me and collected all the information relevant to the job. After about 20–25 days, I received an email to complete an assessment before proceeding further. The assessment was SQL-focused and fairly easy; I cleared it successfully. Following that, HR reached out to schedule the next round, and I accepted the slot they provided. On the scheduled day, I joined the interview call on time, but no panel members were present. I tried contacting the recruiter, but received no response. A few hours later, she called to inform me that the panel was unavailable due to an urgent matter and assured me it would be rescheduled for the next day. I accepted the new invite, but the same issue occurred again—no panel joined the call. Since then, I have not received any further communication from the recruiter. Never seen such worst management.

Telephonic Screening+ Skype meeting+in-person discussion. The second interview was conducted via Skype. It was really nice. I felt comfortable at home interveiwing with someone on the ipad versus sitting across from a 4 perons panel! Over all it was a great discussion with tech manager and I prepared a lot for this interview. Finally I did well and selected.
