Interview
First interview was an informal phone call with their relationship director. Second interviews were individual video calls with the office manager, physician assistant, relationship director, and CEO. A letter of intent was sent about a week after last interview.

Much of the interviews were spent telling you about the company and allowing you space to ask questions and voice concerns. No significant questions posed.
