HR call me to set online technical interview,& interview is very open mind & friendly then after few days.I received offer by unprofessional HR who didn't know to Talk & show about the offer

i wnent throw all the proccess in one day. we started by an hr interview normal one. then they gave me two papers one for iq test and the second is an english test it was so easy to solve them. then a technical interview started with very easy and common questions then an other hr interview
