Primera entravista con RH, luego una de casos prácticos (pensamiento logico), luego con un supervisor del Departamento de Customer Success. Luego un caso práctico que incluye una prueba de Excel, y también resolución de casos. Finalizando con otras dos entrevistas con Responsable de Departamento y Manager.

Extremely long process, 5+ interviews which they didn't advertise, a bit excessive considering this is an entry level position. Additionally the whole process takes 2+ months, and you have to chase some sort of response. They clearly do not value the time of the candidates, they do not provide feedback and they waste time of those who they do not plan to hire. It appears to me that they collect a big package of candidates for months and then select someone from there, and keep the others I the dark while this is going on. I hope whoever came up with the idea that entry level positions need 5 interviews and almost 3 months to get some sort of rejection, gets to experience this themselves next time they apply somewhere. Director positions and management positions do not require these many interviews and months of waiting even. Disappointing, kept me waiting for nothing. They knew from the start that I was not suitable but preferred to play games and to play with people's lives.

Interview
The interview process consisted of 6 meetings and a case study to be completed within 3 days. The steps were as follows:
Initial Meeting: A discussion with an external recruiter.
1 & 2. Skills and Culture Assessment: Two back-to-back meetings focused on evaluating your skills and cultural fit. Expect unconventional questions, including brain teasers, to assess how you think, along with a short role-play exercise.
3 & 4. Behavioral Interviews: Two consecutive meetings featuring behavioral questions.
5. First HR Meeting: A short discussion with HR.
6: A meeting with the Head of CS, which takes place after you submit your case study.
