Interview
Very easy and laid back. I was hired almost immediately. I did learn there are several behavioral issues amongst the students. I wish I would have learned more about that fact prior to interview.
A round table interview with multiple people asking questions around a table. The questions were not difficult. They wanted a small sample lesson prepared and presented. Some of the questions asked about your ability to handle different situations, like with parents.

Interview
I was hired through a job recruitment fair from out of state. I spoke with several people through the process including some of the principals that I would work with.
Interview lasted about 30 minutes. A panel of about 4 people who all asked great questions but also anticipated questions. They seemed like a great group to work with. I was deeply sad to have to decline the offer.
