Interview
Dropped off an application at the stand and asked if the manager was there, we had a quick chat. Got a phone call, sometime the next day to come in for and interview. Went in and turned out to be just a quick chat, about 5 minutes, got another phone call offering job.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
