      Talent Aquisition Interview

      Feb 25, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dutchie in Feb 2022

      Interview

Efficient. They start with key stakeholders to avoid wasting anyone else's time. The interviews are conversational but this is by design. They are each exploring your skillset with technical questions, and at the same time, assessing your personality and if you're a culture fit. The case study process is very much to see 'how you think' and does not feel like a dealbreaker, which I appreciated. Skills assessments can be nerve wracking! Additionally, being in talent acquisition, one thing I really appreciated was when the interviewers voiced their approval directly to me at the end of the interview - it gave me a real boost of confidence, and I want to bring this to my approach when interviewing candidates in the future.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Some recruiters have excellent recall and can remember candidates they spoke to 6 months ago or more. If this isn't you, how do you manage to keep track of your passive candidates?
