I applied through the university career fair. The process took one month and a half and the emails were very slow and not efficient. They took weeks before getting back to me.

Tell us a bit about yourself. The interviewer was not very enthusiastic and the hiring team doesn't get back to you on time to even schedule an interview, you are the one who has to keep emailing them after they let you know that they are interested in you.
