Initial call through the phone and then in person for the interview. Interview is with the founder and a team lead. The founder was distracted the whole time apparently bc of a client. They read their “about me” from a laptop which I found weird and I’ve never been in an interview where they have to read from their screen for that. The questions were really weird and unexpected and when I was answering he was staring at me like I was in an interrogation and squinting at me which made me uncomfortable. They told me I’d hear back by end of the week, heard nothing back. Not even after I sent a follow up email.
