Very straightforward and well managed. Expectations, risks and issues to address were very clear. People seem really knowledgeable, easygoing and committed to making a difference, and that's motivating candidates as well. Unfortunately my notice period was too long for their needs despite I was the front-runner, I would have loved to work with them.
