I applied and never heard anything for 3 months. Seeing the job posting constantly updating and never hearing "yes" or "no" was very frustrating. I finally got an email back after reapplying with a canned response.

They never reached out to me. For a company that prides itself on planning events for people they sure don't treat their candidates with any sort of respect. I understand being busy but you may want to outsource hiring if its such an issue.
