Step 3: Technical Interview
Approach: Engaging, discussion-based problem-solving.
Key Takeaway: Focus on code optimization and problem-solving approach.
Additional Topics: Discussion about the company, tech interests, and DSi projects.
Step 4: Interview with Higher Management
Nature: Technical and Behavioral
Challenges: Mostly database-related questions derived from my resume.
Additional Topics: SOLID principles, Singleton Pattern, Company Projects, Core CS Topics.
Personal Assessment: Required frequent hints to answer questions, emphasizing the need for an engaging discussion.
Step 5: Offer Letter Received
Observations: Importance is given to the problem-solving approach over simply providing right/wrong answers. An engaging attitude is highly valued throughout the interview stages.
