Dynamism interview questions

I had a nice Skype pre-screen and then I was invited for a second interview where I thought all was well. The interviewer told me he would contact me the following week. This was in early February. It is now early March. I sent multiple follow-ups, one of which was the interviewers personal cell-phone that he recommended I use, and I received no response. The interviewer told me the company has been running since 1997, yet there are no reviews on any site for them. They also advertise a "startup" culture with minimum employees.
