Interview
I found the interview process really easy and different from other employers. Everyone was so welcoming and I made friends with a lot of people on my discovery day. Although there are 2 interviews to take they were really straight forward and I felt at home from day 1.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? If you were a superhero who would you be and why? How would your friends describe you?
The interview process consisted of a group interview where asked to do activities as a team combined with an individual interview to discuss background as well as strengths and weaknesses.
Straight forward, fun and I enjoyed it we had to do a team activity and then we were interviews individually outside one by one all in all very easy! Wouldn’t have wanted it to be any better no improvements needed here!
