However, I am labeling the experience as "Negative" because, despite the positive feedback from both interviews, I received no follow-up. The HR representative initially promised to update me within two days, but after a week with no response, I emailed and called for a follow-up. Ten days later, after another call, I was informed that I was "ON-HOLD" rather than rejected, and I noticed that the position had been reposted. At least be honest with the candidate. It would have been more considerate for them to be transparent with candidates who invest significant time preparing for interviews.
