E3 Innovate interview questions

Approached by owner and asked to come in to discuss a possible position for a new sector of their business. Discussed the company goals and some of the interesting projects they are tackling for building energy efficiency. Very informative interview with great people and a great purpose. Since they are very busy and under staffed, response time for all communication is very long. I would not be too concerned if you don't hear back from your application for four to five weeks. This should get better as they get past this growth and expansion.
