E3D invited me for an interview through a recruiter. The interview was with my prospective manager and two of the directors. All were friendly and fairly informal, if somewhat intense and not afraid to dive deep into my answers to questions. They asked me for some examples of my work and gave me some sample tasks to do. While I felt confident coming out of the interview, they then didn't get back to me very quickly at all with feedback. After being hired I realised that this is just because it's a fairly hectic workplace!
