EA-RS Group interview questions

Face to face with Sharron Hurst went through my CV Sharron was late to the interview, but no apology was offered I waited in reception of the serviced /rented building they are located in High Wycombe the receptionist had difficulty getting EA-RS to answer the phone so suggested we wait for one of the staff leaving the office for a vape break which we did . Interview lasted an hour but over two weeks on no feedback was sent to the agent Thomas Shannon he had to chase and chase I fully understand if another candidate was selected but at least have the basic manors to let me know .When I asked why the role had become available Sharron said that it was because the previous person felt the pressure was too much for a what can only be described as a low salary I have since read some very negative feed back from employees who said that there is a general toxic environment created by management.
