Interview with a panel of people. When asked to share what new skills I would bring, leaders in charge immediately turn down ideas. It's telling that they are not open to new ideas and set in their ways on doing things.

What skills do I bring to the table? What is my background knowledge in aero planes? What is something new I would like to do to help promote and grow the company?
